名詞可分為可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞。可數(shù)名詞有單復(fù)數(shù)之分, 前面可加數(shù)詞或冠詞。

(1) 普通名詞；(2) 集體名詞；(3) 少數(shù)專有名詞。

如: boy, book, family 等都是可數(shù)名詞。

普通名詞

普通名詞是一類人或東西或是一個抽象概念的名稱。

如: boy, office, idea, book, mile 等。

1. 普通名詞受代詞或所有格修飾時, 不再加冠詞。

如: this (my, every, each, John's) book, our books。?

2. 復(fù)數(shù)普通名詞可用 many, few, a few, a lot of 等修飾; 不用 much, little 等修飾。

集體名詞

1. 集體名詞是表示由若干個體組成的集合體的名稱。

可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)變化規(guī)則

1) 單數(shù)名詞加 s: students, apples, bags, trees, books, brothers.

3) 以輔音字母加 y 結(jié)尾的名詞, 變 y 為 i 加 es: cities, babies, enemies.
